My Reflection about Second Grading period: HTML

In comparison to other subjects, my interest in learning our topic is rough. It's because I found this subject to be a little difficult to understand at times. I am just so grateful that our teacher is so understanding and patient with us, therefore I was able to deal with it despite how challenging it is. What I like about this subject is that, although it is difficult and stressful, it also provides me with a wealth of knowledge.

The thing that I have learned about HTML is how to enhance my skills in designing websites. It helps me to build my own unique website and allows me to organize the elements of it. HTML also teaches me to understand how to make things more accessible. Furthermore, discovering this actually support me to showcase my desired depiction. I think that HTML is a valuable skill — even for non-technical professionals.

The advantages of understanding HTML are so many. Firstly, HTML is free. There is no need to purchase specific software. HTML does not require any plugins, so there should be no need to deal with them when working with any software. Secondly, it is supported by all browsers around the globe This provides an easy way to optimize the website in HTML according to browsers to the web developers. Thirdly, this is one of the most helpful search engines in comparison to all the programming languages available in the market. These websites are easier for web engines to read and access, reducing parsing time and page load time and hence enhancing website performance.

Furthermore, it is very easy to edit as there is no need to have a special interface or platform to edit it. This thing is written in plain Notepad and can thus be easily modified in any text editor such as Notepad, Notepad++, and so on. In addition, HTML is built directly with many languages and does not cause any problems. Lastly, it is a user-friendly programming language. There is no requirement to have prior knowledge of any language. Working with plain English requires only a basic understanding of the language.

Moreover, there are also things that I have encountered during my study such as confusing instructions, demanding tasks, and having a difficult time doing them. Studying in my home is definitely a big struggle for me since there are a lot of things that can easily distract me including social media, texting, television, and my family. Fortunately, I have my friends and family, as well as my teachers, to guide me on how to do them correctly. I believe that I overcome it with the help of them.

Moving on, I would love to learn more and look forward to the things that our education can offer. I really enjoyed studying despite the hardness and stress that it gives me. I feel like I've gotten richer because of the amount of knowledge that it has taught me. Therefore, I conclude and trust the saying “Difficulties come into our lives to develop us. Every storm is a school. Every trial is a teacher. Every experience is an education.”
